HOUSE CALLS Veterinary Service offers full service 24 hour emergency care.  Emergency care is provided by House Calls and by the Fox Valley Animal Referral Center (FVARC).  FVARC is a 24-hour emergency, critical care and specialist referral clinic. If at any time day or night you are unable to reach Dr. Riedl, or if your pet has urgent or life threatening injuries or symptoms, immediately call or go to the Fox Valley Animal Referral Center.  The phone number is 920-993-9193.  FVARC is located at 4706 New Horizons Blvd. in Appleton.  This is just north of Prospect Av., on the west side of Casaloma Dr., on the corner of Casaloma Drive and New Horizons Blvd.  There is a doctor and staff in the clinic 24 hours a day.

Refills of prescriptions can be mailed to your home.  Please call well before your pet's medication runs out.  Occasionally arrangements can be made to have the medication dropped off at your home.  Certain medications may be refilled at a local pharmacy with our doctor's prescription.

Never give your pet any medications without consulting with a veterinarian; always keep all medications out of the reach of children and pets.
